Martial Education

Martial Education

The Hellenic Pammachon Alliance is working under the auspices of the Πολιτιστηκή Ένωση Παμμάχου (International Pammachon Union) in Papingo, Hellas (Greece). Together with the organization in the Patrida, the Hellenic Pammachon Alliance  is resurrecting the practice of Hellenic martial education, based on Hellenic tradition and scholarship, that made Hellas  strong in the late 19th and early 20th centuries via AHEPA in the Hellenic Diaspora communities.

We have photographic evidence of this same societal practice on this site including: Greek children in Thraki in the 1880’s training with the κοντάρι and empty handed during 1905 in Epiros in their schools.  One can also see children in Pontos circa 191o.  There was also an explosion in scholarship and expression as well as ability in a small reconstituted nation in the aforementioned period.

This program via its proponents, and as one can see in the diagram, will gravitate to centers of learning and tradition via  AHEPA and its Sons of Pericles and AHEPA Youth.  These  will include Hellenic cultural schools, Hellenic Dance programs, Hellenic language programs, classical learning centers, science and technology programs, universities, etc  of the Hellenic Diaspora nations.

We believe that Hellenic martial education can be directly responsible for the revival of the nation of Hellas!

It is because of this belief that our board members are directly involved with activities such as:

1.       Hellenic dance programs

2.       Creation/production/export of Hellenic cultural films to the Hellenic Diaspora nations

3.       Hellenic cultural schools in the Hellenic Diaspora

4.       Technology programs in learning centers

5.       Hi-tech job innovation in Hellas

6.     Creation of unit-specialized training modules by request for Hellenic military, NATO and militaries of NATO nations

7.       Hellenic Diaspora philanthropic organizations such as: AHEPA, the Daughters of Penelope, Philoptochos, etc.

8.       Supporting the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America

9.      etc
